NHPA II
Dance Studio

Studio Policies/Etiquette
  • All students must wear dance attire that is appropriate to their class.
  • All students must wear coverups and street shoes to and from the studio. The bathrooms will not be used as dressing rooms, so please come with your dance wear on.
  • No gum, food or drinks are allowed in the dance rooms. Only a small water bottle is allowed.
  • Please throw away any trash that you have at the end of the night before you leave so that we can keep our Studio clean.
  • Parents will be allowed to come into the lobby the first week of the month. We will be starting a slow return to the studio lobby for parents to view their dancers' progress the first week of the month. This will be our "Parent Observation Week".
  • Students may bring their dance bags inside the dance room and keep them in the cubby holes provided. Cell phones must be turned off and packed away in students' dance bags while class is in session. Purses, jewelry, and other valuable shouldn't be left unattended. Neither NHPA II, nor its Teachers/Staff will be held responsible for loss or theft of personal items. We ask that each student please be respectful of others and do not bother with anyone's belongings.
  • No students are allowed in the dance rooms without a Teacher of Assistant to supervise.
  • Utmost respect is to be given to your instructors. Teachers will dismiss any student who disrupts the class.
  • Students should arrive at least 5 to 10 minutes before their class time to assure promptness and avoid class disturbances. The Teachers/Staff of NHPA II are not available to "baby-sit" students left in the lobby or outside the studio building. All parents need to make sure they are aware of their children's class schedule for prompt drop-off/pick-up times.
  • The well being of our students and their families is of utmost concern to us. If you leave your children unattended inside the lobby of NHPA II or outside the building please note they will not have adult supervision from the Teachers/Staff of NHPA II. There is a lot of traffic in the drive and parking lot of our studio, so keep a watchful eye!
  • Students are encouraged to attend class on a regular basis for maximum progress! If you are interested in taking extra classes or making up a missed class, talk with your instructor.
